Brian majored in Finance while in college, and pursued a finance career at a credit branch for Ford Credit Company soon after. Graduating with a double major degree in Economics and Finance, Jim worked his way up into the Director of Finance position for Ford Motor Company. Through his years of experience with Ford, he facilitated the approval of thousands of automobile loans, coordinated monthly training sessions for departments of sales, administration, and finance, and became an expert in the analysis of credit and structuring loan transactions. It was there that he was awarded the Ford Motor Company Award of Excellence. His years spent at Ford paved the way to the excellent Loan Officer that he is today.

There, as the Financial Branch Manager, he managed the Consumer Sales Office of $1 Billion in Receivables. The majority of his time was spent directing the activities in the Customer Service Departments, overseeing the Administration, Dealer Services, and all Sales Departments within his given territories.
