	Illinois Association of Mortgage Brokers http://www.iamb.org Contains frequently updated content along with many dynamically-generated pages. The IAMB is an innovator in their field, leading the way with the newest Internet Technologies.
	Integrated Technology Solutions, Inc. http://www.its-corp.com A Business-oriented site with dynamically updated content, easily done with simple include files that can quickly be edited by office staff.
	Diversified Waste Solutions http://www.dwsmgt.com A site that provides service information for a waste consulting firm that acts on behalf of the customers of waste service providers. This site has a unique navigation interface in that the buttons are nested around the logo.
	Diversified Waste Solutions - Intranet [Intranet - Screen Shot Only] This site is the internal tool used by DWS to manage the entire business, tracking such things as properties, services, invoices, etc.
	Home Savings Benefit http://www.homesavingsbenefit.com A site that works with various employers to provide discounts on real estate services. This site is unique because it is semi-public in that it can only be accessed by employees of certain businesses. (To see the site, type in "home" for your Employer.)
	The REALTOR® Association of Fox Valley http://www.rafv.com [New! View the Preview] Provides resources for local REALTORS®. With both public and members-only areas, accessible only with the proper credentials, it was designed for use with Macromedia Contribute which allows RAFV staff to update select pages.
	Nighthawk Foundation, Inc. http://www.nighthawkfoundation.org A charitable foundation that meets the needs of physically and mentally challenged children in the Chicagoland suburbs.
	SpeedTrade - Intranet [Intranet - Screen Shot Only] This site is the internal tool used by SpeedTrade, a company that uses Supercomputing in the stock trading industry. Due to the sensitive nature of the material contain therein, only a screen shot of the site is available for viewing.
	Mortgage Education Foundation http://www.mortgageeducationfoundation.com A site offering online education to those in the Mortgage Industry.
	Urban Meliors http://www.urbanmeliors.com This site, being a 100% Flash interactive site, is more intense than standard HTML-only web sites, giving more pizzazz to Urban Melior's image. (Nearing completion)
	TWA Mortgage http://www.twamortgage.com A very simple site without the clutter found on some web sites.
	You Guys Are Stupid http://www.youguysarestupid.com Not only was I one of the three guys who walked across the country so you didn't have to, I created this site and updated it from the road, using several custom-made update utilities, using a SQL DB to house much of the content. Warning: The Bulletin Board is public; we are not responsible for its content.

Offline Web Sites

Some of these sites were live at one time and some are demo sites in that did not make it live on the Internet. Various reasons can prevent a site from becoming live; however, even incomplete sites, or sites that are no longer active can provide a wide range of ideas for you.

A site all about high-speed, high-performance vehicles, reflected in all of the site design.

New Millennium Mortgage
A very dynamic and visually appealing site designed with a high-tech style. Contains much interactive content, including video presentations.

Ideal Gems
An online store, this site offers an simple yet elegant interface to its inventory of online auction items as well as company information. (incomplete)
